WHO WE ARE

Capacity-builders.Org is the accumulation of more than 30 years of process, training and development experience spanning all aspects of community and organizational life, as well as activities in various parts of the Caribbean, Canada, and various parts of the U.S.

Our work is done in partnership with the Centre for Community Learning & Development.

OUR APPROACH

Our approach to capacity-building recognizes the need to work with individuals as well as organizations, and promotes ideas that encourage embracing a theory of change approach in the way staff, boards and executive directors advance their visions.
